We’re pleased to serve as your insurance broker, ensuring your coverage aligns with your needs and is handled with expertise. Below is an overview of our terms of engagement, services, and your responsibilities.

Each broker and assistant brings valuable experience, supported by dedicated Claims Managers to assist with all your insurance needs. Our comprehensive services include:



Risk Assessment & Proposals: We assess your risks and develop a proposal for potential insurers.


Insurance Advice & Recommendations: We advise on and recommend suitable insurance options.


Quote Sourcing & Negotiations: We obtain quotes from multiple insurers and negotiate terms to secure the best options for you.


Policy Management: From preparing policy documents to confirming placements and renewals, we handle it all.


Claims Assistance: If you need to make a claim, our Claims Managers will keep you informed, advocate on your behalf, and guide you through any insurer negotiations.


Premium Funding Assistance: We can arrange premium funding, enabling you to pay your premiums in instalments.


Your Disclosure Obligations


For us to provide appropriate advice, it’s essential that you provide accurate information regarding your insurance needs. Notify us of any changes in your circumstances so we can ensure your coverage remains suitable.


Continuity of Cover


To maintain continuous coverage, we may renew your policy if we’re unable to contact you before it expires. If you don’t require coverage, please let us know promptly, as a short-term premium may apply.


Period of Engagement


Our appointment as your insurance broker generally spans the policy period unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may cancel this engagement with three months’ notice. Our appointment is exclusive, replacing any previous broker relationship.


Remuneration


In return for our services, we receive a commission (typically between 0-26% of the premium) from the insurer, excluding any taxes or charges.



Payment Terms



Invoices: We’ll invoice you for premiums, statutory charges, and service fees, payable within 14 days of issuance or before renewal. Delayed payment may result in policy cancellation and potential penalties.


Credit Card Fees: A non-refundable credit card fee applies if you choose to pay by card. This fee is noted on your invoice and covers bank charges and processing costs.
